I found the staff to be timely courteous and efficient. Dr Micheals is friendly and takes the time to ask questions and listened to what I had to say. This was my first visit but I was very impressed.

I would highly recommend Dr. John S. Michels at Interventional Spine and Pain for your pain management. I have received excellent results from his treatment. He and his staff have far exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the office is professional and caring from the minute you call to make an appointment until you walk out of the office after your procedure.

Easy to schedule with a Dr referral. Garage parking; good location; nice office; no waiting; quick appointment. The only thing I would add is better pre appointment information (what to wear; what to expect).

The experience was nothing like I expected. Everyone from the from office staff was very professional and nice.
Dr. Michel was friendly and knowledgeable of what needed to be done to hopefully free me if all the pain I am having. This was what I expected to hear from him. He answered all the questions I had and was encouraging about the results I should get or hope to get from the steroid injections. I look forward to seeing the results. Debbie who made my appointment for the injection at the Carroll Clinic was extremely nice and professional. I look forward to a follow up visit after the injection. J would certainly recommend to all of my friends.
